The Lebanese Forces Students Association, represented by Jean-Pierre Andos, participated in the Youth European People's Party Council. The council was held in Paris at the Senate, Assemblée Générale, and the headquarters of Les Républicains from the 20th to 23rd of April. 

During the council meeting, discussions were held on a path for economic recovery and a political solution for Lebanon, resulting in the adoption of a resolution by the council.

During the discussion of threats to Europe with European deputies Francois-Xavier Bellamy and Lidia Pereira, Jean-Pierre presented the threats to democracy in Lebanon and how they could affect the lives of the European citizens and the future of europe and its role. Bellamy commented on the importance of Lebanon for Europe and how it is mandatory for Europe to maintain and support the democratic process in Lebanon.
